Secure Payments
The payment of the amounts of the products purchased through the Website shall be made within the term of 72 hours from the date of transmission to the Customer of the order confirmation by the Seller.
The Customer expressly agrees that the execution of the Contract by the Seller shall commence on the date of receipt of the amount in the Seller’s bank account.
The Seller accepts payment by credit card and PayPal.
Credit Card
Payment can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
Paypal
The Customer may opt to pay for purchases via a verified PayPal account.
The Seller accepts payments from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship goods to the address of the account verified by PayPal.
Bank Transfer
The Customer may opt to pay for purchases via bank transfer.
The Seller accepts payments to the official bank account and reserves the right to ship goods to the address indicated by the customer into the order.
Guarantee
Pursuant to European Directive 44/99/EC and Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as well as the rules and regulations referred to in Articles 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and subsequent amendments to Decree 206/2005, pursuant to which the Seller warrants to the Customer, who qualifies as a “Consumer”, that the Products are free from defects in design and materials and comply with the descriptions published on the Site. The application of any warranty shall not apply if the use or cleaning of the Product does not comply with the instructions and warnings provided by the Seller and/or in the description on labels or tags.
The Customer shall examine the products as soon as possible and forward to the Seller, by e-mail or registered e-mail, an express complaint stating the defect and/or non-conformity identified, enclosing the relevant documentation as indicated in the return form (at least a photograph of the product, the Seller’s order confirmation and receipt).
After receiving the accompanying documentation, the Seller shall assess the defects or non-conformities reported by the Customer and, after carrying out the quality checks necessary to verify the non-conformity of the product, may, at its own discretion, decide whether to authorise the return of the Customer’s Product by contacting the Customer by e-mail to the address provided by the latter during the registration process. Authorisation to return Products does not in any case constitute admission of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which will be confirmed after the return.
The Products for which the Seller has authorised the return will be sent by the Customer, together with a copy of the return authorisation, within 30 (thirty) days from notification of the defect or non-conformity to the following address: info@test.thedimm.ru
In the event that the Seller is required to refund the amount paid by the Customer, such refund shall be made through PayPal or PagOnline.
