Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the shipment (the days will begin to be calculated based on proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact and with the appropriate guarantee seals applied to each item.
CONDITIONS FOR CORRECTLY EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must respect these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of the amount paid during the purchase:
The return request must be completed directly online no later than the fourteenth day from the date of delivery. If communication does not occur within this time frame, your request will be rejected.
Products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition and complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags still attached and including all accessories and documents. In the event that the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return or, alternatively, to reduce the amount of the refund or exchange .
Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.
Once we have received the returned products, we will evaluate their condition and proceed with the reconditioning and closing the request.
In the event that all the conditions listed have been respected, Antonia will refund the price of the products purchased, deducting the cost of shipping your return. Remember that Antonia cannot exchange products, but only refund the cost of returned items.
STANDARD RETURN
In order to return your order you need to complete the online return procedure. Your return request will be notified to our Customer Care, who will evaluate whether to authorize it or not. The customer care will send you a pre-filled return label to apply on the top of the package. Please follow the instructions written on the document placed inside your package.
If you decide to return your order using a different carrier other than the recommended one, the cost for the shipment will be entirely your responsibility and you’ll be respondible of the returned product(s) until the delivery to our warehouse.

PRESTISH’S FAILURE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN
In the event that the above conditions are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, Antonia reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case you can decide to receive the purchased products again, but will be responsible for the shipping costs. It will not subsequently be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
Returns of orders from countries other than those in which they were delivered will not be accepted.
REFUND TIMELINES
The refund of the total price of the products will take place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method you used and specifically:
- Credit card: the technical time to obtain a refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The credit value date will not undergo any change compared to the debit date.
- Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible in a couple of days. Paypal itself will send you a communication certifying the refund.
